What if my wheels break?
Every set of our wheels is backed by a lifetime warranty. If any of your wheels ever break or have an issue, we’ll replace them completely free of charge—no questions asked. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship, and we want you to ride with confidence knowing you’re fully covered.
When will I get my order?
All orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within about 3 days.
The only exception is international orders, which can take longer depending on your location and local customs processing times. No matter where you are, we’ll send tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured in the United States, right here in Minnesota. We don’t outsource production overseas — this allows us to maintain strict quality control at every stage of the process and ensure each product meets our exact standards before it reaches you.
