We use two types of urethane: 65D and 72D durometer. This gives riders the choice between soft vs. firm.
65D is softer, offers more grip, and gives off that satisfying squeak some riders love.
72D is a bit harder and mimics the feel of a plastic wheel, but with way better durability and control.
Unlike plastic or hybrid wheels, our single-piece urethane wheels are built to last. Plastic cracks, and two-part wheels often separate over time. We cast every wheel under controlled temperature, humidity, and pressure to guarantee consistency and performance — no weird batches, no surprises.
2. Bearings: The Unsung Heroes
We use steel ABEC-7 bearings, and we’re proud of it. While other brands chase ABEC-9 or ceramic bearings for marketing hype, we focus on what actually performs. ABEC-9 bearings are tighter, sure — but that can kill free spin. Ours? Smooth, fast, and built to last.
Even better, we pre-wash every bearing with 99% isopropyl alcohol before they ever touch a wheel. This removes all the grime left from manufacturing or shipping. Clean bearings = consistent performance. And if a bearing ever fails? Just hit us up. Free replacement. No questions asked.
3. Bearing Lock Design: Next-Level Precision
Here’s where things really get dialed in. Most wheels eventually lose their grip on the bearing — leading to annoying slippage and wobble. Ours don’t.
Our bearing lock system is engineered with insanely tight tolerances. You actually have to heat the wheel up to insert the bearing — that’s how tight it is. Once it cools down, that bearing isn’t going anywhere. Ever.
We back this up with a bearing lock guarantee. If a bearing slips, we’ll replace the wheel for free. That almost never happens though — this design is rock solid.
4. Manufacturing Methods: Engineered to Perform
Every wheel we make is injection molded under 35psi of pressure in a specialized chamber. This ensures zero air bubbles and perfect shaping. Then we give them a full 48 hours to cure, locking in that precision before the bearings are pressed in.
We also take pride in our packaging. Each set of wheels ships in a protective metal tin, not a flimsy plastic baggie. That means your wheels arrive looking and performing exactly the way they should — protected from damage in transit.
5. Shapes & Sizes: S Line vs. R Line
We offer two main shapes:
S Line: Chamfered edge, smaller contact patch. Feels like a street wheel.
R Line: Convex edge, larger contact patch. More grip and stability.
